God disciplines His children to walk in the fruit of the spirit: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

If you follow in the wisdom and instruction of the Bible, you know that God is diligent to discipline His children when they are in the wrong. God addresses you as sons and daughters through Jesus Christ.

The God of Israel does not withhold discipline because He has set you aside. When you step out of bounds, the rod of discipline will come down at some point. The Father of Spirits knows your heart and will bring down parental discipline when you fail to follow the instruction of the Lord.

Conclusion

God's children receive instruction from the Bible. God's instruction yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness. When you are raising children, disciplining and instruction in the Lord's way leads them closer to God. Discipline your sons and daughter to obey the Lord. Failing to receive the discipline of the Lord leads your children astray.

Just as I discipline my body to stay in shape, the Lord disciplines us to keep close to Him. Trust the Holy Spirit. We are only here for a short term, and eternity is long. Our lives are a bleep on the radar. Only fools despise the ways of Jesus Christ.

May you find victory through Jesus Christ.

God bless!
