Father, I want to dwell under your wings, under the protection of Your name that is the fortress I run to. My life, being, and existence depend wholly on you. Today I choose to live and walk under Your protection. In Jesus' name. Amen.
The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. O fear the Lord, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
This psalm was written by David, who pretended to be mad after realizing he had been recognized by the servants of Achish, King of Gath (1 Samuel 21:12-15). He had fled from Saul, who was seeking to kill him.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

I pray that the promises and divine protection found in His Word may be fulfilled in your life as you read His Word. Amen.
