About Lectio Divina
Lectio Divina (Latin for “sacred reading”) is a contemplative way of reading the Bible. Rather than studying Scripture for information, Lectio Divina invites you to listen for God's voice speaking directly to your heart through His Word. The practice dates back to the early Church Fathers and was formalized by the Benedictine monks.
