It's not always easy to trust in the Lord. Especially during the hard times, it's not always easy to have faith in God. Through the ups and downs of life, it may feel like you were thrown into the ocean, unable to swim. But you are able to keep your head above water when you put your faith in Christ Jesus because He is your Redeemer and Savior.
Faith comes from having perfect peace in knowing that God is good all the time. Even if you are going through a difficult time, have faith that God's promises will be actualized on Earth. There is no miracle impossible with God.

God knows that you'll go through hard times on Earth. In fact, He planned for it. God uses hard times so you learn to live by faith, not by sight. Have faith and trust in God, He is sovereign. You will be saved through faith.
When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.
And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.
And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
