Alcohol is a controversial topic in modern society. On the one hand, the drinking of alcohol leads to debauchery, drunk diving, redness of eyes, and sexually immoral activities.

On the other hand, alcohol consumption can be pretty innocent and even Biblical (think of Communion). Even Jesus Christ himself drank wine on occasions.

The effects of alcohol depend on a man's heart. What are the underlying intentions of drinking alcoholic beverages? Are you drinking sweet wine in honor of Jesus? Or are you planning to indulge in drunkenness orgies and beyond?

In today's bible study, we have read the Bible and selected the most relevant verses on God's alcohol stance.

Conclusion

The act of drinking alcohol is neither good nor bad. It lies within the intention of the man or woman who is drinking. Unfortunately, humans suffer from a sinful nature. Sometimes, we let the effects of wine take us down into alcohol abuse. But as long as we do it in remembrance of the Lord Jesus Christ, there is no reason why we cannot drink.

May you experience victory in Jesus Christ.

God bless!
